Heat Transfer T-shirts and Polo Shirts: People in Europe, America, and Australia love outdoor sports and enjoy customizing clothing designs according to their personal preferences. This requires the ability to produce small batches of personalized garments. Traditional clothing is often made of cotton, with relatively simple styles and colors; however, heat transfer technology allows for one-piece customization of sportswear. We create printing drafts based on customer designs, then align the patterns to the fabric pieces, ensuring that each garment can feature unique patterns, text, or numbers. The clothing commonly seen on athletes in sports like soccer and basketball mostly uses this technique. These garments are typically made from 138-160g mesh fabric, which is soft and breathable, making them highly popular for personalization.
Flagpole Bases: Flags are important decorative elements at outdoor sports events. We offer several flagpole options to meet different needs:
Fabric Light Boxes: This light box is an improvement on traditional pop-up display frames, featuring LED lights. The graphics are installed using SEG pockets, resulting in a flatter and more aesthetically pleasing appearance. Common sizes include 7ft x 7ft and 10ft x 7ft, making them ideal for standard 10ft x 10ft booths. Installation is straightforward: simply take the frame out of the portable bag, pull it open, attach the surrounding fabric strips and LED lights, and finally insert the light box graphics. Once plugged in, it creates a stunning backdrop.
